Pics from Costa Rica X Knights

Tuesday, March 22nd, 2011

Spent the past couple days in Costa Rica for X Knights. The week was busy with autograph signings, radio and TV interviews, practice, sleep, and then the event. haha. We fought the wind the entire time we were down there, but pushed through it. I was bummed, was the first rider out the night of the event and had to break in the freshly watered slippery course. Made it hard to perform when I was struggling lining up and getting over jumps. All in all was an experience I am taking in.

It was a sold out stadium of 30,000 excited fans, which was awesome.

Here are a couple photos to check out!

This week I am getting my things together and traveling down to Costa Rica to compete in X Knights!

I just got word that the Japanese riders Eigo Sato and Daice Suzuki are unable to make it to do the earthquake in Japan. I wish them the best and hope everything comes together as soon as possible.

Not sure the list of riders, just going out there to ride my best! Will update my blog with pics as the week goes on. Come back for more soon!

This week we have had some warm weather and good riding. Only cool things to show you are the bike shoots I have recently done. I worked with the Oneal crew to have my bike be a prop in one of there “Model Search” shoots. Then later on in the week I worked with John Basher from Motocross Action mag on a bike feature for there June issue. Here are two photos to check out of the days…

It was Mats last week here in So.Cal before he heads back home to his hometown in Switzerland. We invited John Basher out to come shoot us riding in the green hills of Wyvern. Here are the couple photos he let us sample, but as any photographer he is saving the best for print! So keep an eye out for the latest Motocross Action!
